Law enforcement is a matter which is a serious concern to the citizens.the authirities entrusted with the responsibility of law enforcement do not act in an independent and impartial manner with the result that crimes and offences which require immediate attention and action are not considered in the right manner which deny quick responses from them because of their inability to redress the grievances of the citizens in accordance with the laws of this country . in other words they are not very serious while performing their duties. They should be made people oriented to gain their confidence.
