Janata Ki Awaaz begins as a citizens' movement — a national conversation on electoral, reservation, educational, judicial, administrative, law-enforcement and economic reform, and on institutional integrity and public accountability.
जनता की आवाज़ एक नागरिक आंदोलन के रूप में शुरुआत करता है — चुनावी, आरक्षण, शैक्षिक, न्यायिक, प्रशासनिक, कानून-प्रवर्तन और आर्थिक सुधारों तथा संस्थागत सत्यनिष्ठा और सार्वजनिक जवाबदेही पर राष्ट्रीय संवाद के लिए।

We reject nihilism, destruction and politics that treats citizens as a disposable crowd. We believe in constitutional democracy, peaceful civic action, institutional accountability and constructive nation-building. We seek a transparent, accountable and genuinely representative electoral system in which every citizen's vote carries equal democratic weight, political parties are accountable to their members and the public, and electoral processes command public confidence.
हम एक ऐसी पारदर्शी, जवाबदेह और वास्तव में प्रतिनिधित्वकारी चुनावी व्यवस्था चाहते हैं जिसमें प्रत्येक नागरिक के मत का समान लोकतांत्रिक महत्व हो, राजनीतिक दल अपने सदस्यों और जनता के प्रति जवाबदेह हों तथा चुनावी प्रक्रियाओं में जनता का विश्वास कायम रहे।
Reservation Reformआरक्षण सुधार
We believe reservation policy must remain rooted in social justice while being examined honestly, transparently and periodically so that it reaches those it is intended to help and evolves with changing social and economic realities.
हम मानते हैं कि आरक्षण नीति सामाजिक न्याय पर आधारित रहनी चाहिए, लेकिन इसकी ईमानदारी, पारदर्शिता और समय-समय पर समीक्षा भी आवश्यक है, ताकि इसका लाभ वास्तव में उन लोगों तक पहुँचे जिनके लिए यह है और बदलती सामाजिक तथा आर्थिक परिस्थितियों के अनुरूप इसमें आवश्यक विकास हो।
Educational Reformशैक्षिक सुधार
India needs an education system that expands opportunity, rewards curiosity and excellence, strengthens public education, equips young people for a changing economy and preserves the values of citizenship and constitutional democracy.
भारत को ऐसी शिक्षा व्यवस्था की आवश्यकता है जो अवसरों का विस्तार करे, जिज्ञासा और उत्कृष्टता को प्रोत्साहित करे, सार्वजनिक शिक्षा को मजबूत बनाए, युवाओं को बदलती अर्थव्यवस्था के लिए तैयार करे तथा नागरिकता और संवैधानिक लोकतंत्र के मूल्यों को सुदृढ़ बनाए रखे।
Judicial Reformन्यायिक सुधार
Justice must be timely, accessible and affordable. We seek reforms that reduce delays, strengthen judicial capacity and accountability, improve access to justice and restore citizens' confidence in the rule of law.
न्याय समयबद्ध, सुलभ और किफायती होना चाहिए। हम ऐसे सुधार चाहते हैं जो देरी को कम करें, न्यायिक क्षमता और जवाबदेही को मजबूत करें, न्याय तक पहुँच बेहतर बनाएं और कानून के शासन में नागरिकों का विश्वास बहाल करें।
Administrative Reformप्रशासनिक सुधार
Government exists to serve citizens. We seek a professional, responsive and accountable administration with simpler procedures, measurable performance, greater transparency and technology that reduces discretion and improves delivery.
सरकार का अस्तित्व नागरिकों की सेवा के लिए है। हम ऐसे पेशेवर, उत्तरदायी और जवाबदेह प्रशासन की अपेक्षा करते हैं जिसमें प्रक्रियाएँ सरल हों, कार्य-प्रदर्शन मापने योग्य हो, पारदर्शिता अधिक हो और ऐसी तकनीक का उपयोग किया जाए जो विवेकाधिकार को कम करे तथा सेवाओं की बेहतर उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करे।
Law, Justice & Reformकानून, न्याय और सुधार
Public safety and individual liberty must reinforce each other. We seek professional, impartial and accountable law enforcement, better investigation and prosecution, modern policing and equal application of the law.
सार्वजनिक सुरक्षा और व्यक्तिगत स्वतंत्रता एक-दूसरे को मजबूत करने वाली होनी चाहिए। हम पेशेवर, निष्पक्ष और जवाबदेह कानून-प्रवर्तन व्यवस्था, बेहतर जांच और अभियोजन, आधुनिक पुलिस व्यवस्था तथा कानून के समान अनुप्रयोग की अपेक्षा करते हैं।
Economic Reformआर्थिक सुधार
India needs an economy that expands opportunity, creates productive employment, strengthens enterprise and innovation, and ensures that growth reaches every section of society. Reform must improve the ease of doing business, encourage investment and entrepreneurship, strengthen skills and livelihoods, modernise agriculture and infrastructure, and make public expenditure more effective and accountable.
भारत को ऐसी अर्थव्यवस्था की आवश्यकता है जो अवसरों का विस्तार करे, उत्पादक रोजगार पैदा करे, उद्यम और नवाचार को मजबूत बनाए तथा यह सुनिश्चित करे कि विकास का लाभ समाज के हर वर्ग तक पहुँचे। सुधारों से व्यवसाय करना आसान होना चाहिए, निवेश और उद्यमिता को प्रोत्साहन मिलना चाहिए, कौशल और आजीविका मजबूत होनी चाहिए, कृषि और बुनियादी ढाँचे का आधुनिकीकरण होना चाहिए तथा सार्वजनिक व्यय अधिक प्रभावी और जवाबदेह बनना चाहिए।
Institutional Integrity & Public Accountabilityसंस्थागत सत्यनिष्ठा और सार्वजनिक जवाबदेही
Corruption in public institutions and society weakens the foundations of a democratic nation. It distorts governance, undermines fair competition, diverts public resources, erodes trust in institutions and normalises the abuse of influence and authority. India needs systemic measures to prevent and punish corruption in public institutions, strengthen transparency and accountability in public administration, procurement and regulation, and address the social acceptance of bribery, influence-peddling and other corrupt practices. Institutional integrity must become a shared public value, with public office carrying a clear obligation of honesty, accountability and service to citizens.
सार्वजनिक संस्थानों और समाज में भ्रष्टाचार लोकतांत्रिक राष्ट्र की नींव को कमजोर करता है। यह शासन को विकृत करता है, निष्पक्ष प्रतिस्पर्धा को कमजोर करता है, सार्वजनिक संसाधनों को भटकाता है, संस्थाओं में विश्वास को क्षीण करता है और प्रभाव तथा अधिकार के दुरुपयोग को सामान्य बना देता है। भारत को सार्वजनिक संस्थानों में भ्रष्टाचार की रोकथाम और दंड के लिए व्यवस्थित उपायों की आवश्यकता है। सार्वजनिक प्रशासन, खरीद और विनियमन में पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही को मजबूत करना होगा तथा रिश्वत, प्रभाव के दुरुपयोग और अन्य भ्रष्ट आचरण की सामाजिक स्वीकार्यता को भी चुनौती देनी होगी। संस्थागत सत्यनिष्ठा एक साझा सार्वजनिक मूल्य बननी चाहिए और सार्वजनिक पद के साथ ईमानदारी, जवाबदेही तथा नागरिकों की सेवा का स्पष्ट दायित्व जुड़ा होना चाहिए।
